House Mahika seamlessly blends cutting-edge technology with nature's beauty, creating a home that's both sustainable and in harmony with its surroundings.

House Mahika

The client’s interest in the natural environment led Citra to design the house on the Whale Coast of South Africa, setting it slightly back from the street and elevated above road level. The shape blends into the landscape of the mountains and the natural fynbos vegetation.

With the Citra Building Technology system, each component integrates seamlessly with the others, blending interiors and exteriors to unify the human habitat with nature. This design was possible without increasing construction costs thanks to the unlimited design possibilities of Citra Building Technology.

House Mahika demonstrates the synergy that Citra achieves between design and ecology: a harmonious, cost-effective, and exceptional design.
