Citra is currently split into two companies: “Citra Development” (South Africa), which manages the land bank, and “Citra Construction” (South Africa), which is owned by “Citra Group” (Switzerland). While the two companies have different but overlapping investor groups, they all share the goal of promoting green, affordable housing through Citra’s innovative technology. All of the investors are private individuals from Switzerland or Germany, and they bring a wealth of experience in the construction and development industry in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
