New Retail Centre Announced for CentralBlue Development

According to Cape Town ETC, Abland Property Developers has announced plans for a new retail centre at CentralBlue in Blue Downs, Cape Town, where Citra is building homes using Citra Building Technology.

The 8,000-square-metre CentralBlue Retail Centre will serve as a community-focused shopping hub, featuring two major anchor tenants, specialty stores, and dining facilities including a food court and restaurant pavilion. The development complements existing and planned amenities such as parks, a private school, and recreational areas.
