Development Manager (Delivery) – Residential Property Development

What we’re looking for
- A relevant tertiary qualification in the Built environment i.e. Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property development, encompassing all work stages from inception to handover.
- Financial modelling competencies

Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, social media and digital communications. You will be responsible for executing our social media strategy and supporting the marketing department’s initiatives across our sub-brands (e.g. CentralBlue, Oak Village). This role is crucial for building our brand’s marketing presence and engaging with our community to tell the story of our patented sustainable building technology.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management or a marketing coordinator role.
- A strong, practical understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in construction, property development, and sustainability.
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our energetic team working on a diverse portfolio of international construction and development projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain global exposure while being based locally. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating, contract administration, and cost control. Minimum requirements include:
- 5 years experience, including site experience.
- Degree / Diploma in quantity surveying.
- Own reliable vehicle and a driver's license.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience with CCS (Candy) .
- Extensive experience in estimating and rate build-up.
