Citra was a proud sponsor of the Official Conference Booklet for the recently concluded 12th Annual Western Cape Property Development Forum (WCPDF) Conference. The event took place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from Wednesday, June 4th, to Thursday, June 5th, 2025. 

Consistently gaining recognition, the WCPDF annual conference is now a major fixture on the South African property development and construction industry calendar. It is well-regarded for successfully bringing together thought leaders from the public and private sector involved in fixed-capital investment. The event promotes in-depth discussions and debates, leading to collaborative solutions that drive growth for the industry and economy.

A registered nonprofit organization, the WCPDF was established in 2008. Its purpose is to increase awareness and address the various challenges impacting the property development and construction industry. With a membership base extending into the thousands, the forum encompasses all aspects of private and public property initiatives and related infrastructure development.
